Productivity Course For Neurodivergent & Chronically Ill Professionals

Learn to plan your time around your actual capacity and finally follow through

A step-by-step framework for deciding what to do, when to do it, and how to actually get it done. Even with ADHD, autism, or chronic illness in the mix.

Every planner, app, and Notion template you've tried worked… for about a week.

You know the cycle. You find the new system and something lights up in your brain. This is the one that finally gets your life together. You spend one excited afternoon setting the whole thing up.

But then you come up against the one thing that doesn't work the way your brain works. Or the overdue tasks pile up and you can't face reopening the app with overwhelming red “OVERDUE” notices. Or the excitement wears off so you just… stop.

Now that new planner sits on your desk or the app clutters your home screen, and now you’re thinking: There goes another one. Why’d I spend money on that? Why can’t I just actually USE a planner?

None of this is your fault. You were just never taught how to adapt these tools to work for you.

Every productivity tool has the same problem: it can teach you how to use it but not how to make it work for you.

Between the brain fog, the energy crashes, the executive function battles, and an inner critic who turns everything into evidence that you're not enough, these apps are not built with your brain in mind.
These tools assume you already know: how much you can really get done in a day. How to start the task you're avoiding. How to stop when you said you would. These things are automatic for some brains, but very much not automatic for yours.
A new planner can't fix that, the same way a new Instant Pot doesn't buy the groceries, prep the meal, or teach you how to cook.

You don't need a better tool. You need to become the person who can pick up almost any tool and make it work.

I want to make tools work for me

INTRODUCING ACTION NAVIGATOR

A productivity framework built to help neurodivergent & chronically ill professionals stop stalling and start utilizing their time effectively - without overwhelm or burnout.

Action Navigator is designed for you. Not adapted from something else. Not modified to "include" you as an afterthought.

Inside, you'll learn how to read your real capacity on any given day, choose what gets your limited hours, actually start, and actually stop when you said you would. Not by overhauling your entire life, but by building an ecosystem of tools around how your brain and body actually work.

INTRODUCING ACTION NAVIGATOR

Hi, I’m Cas!

(they, them)

I know what it’s like to struggle with productivity.

There was a time in my life when I had goals, ideas, things I wanted to accomplish, but the precious few hours I had to spend working towards them always ended up as a doom scroll or a couch rot that I couldn't seem to break myself out of, no matter how much shame or guilt I felt for wasting another day.

While late diagnoses of POTS, hEDS, and neurodivergence helped me realize it wasn't my fault that it was so hard for me to be productive while it seemed like everyone else could just make themselves do what they needed to do, getting diagnosed didn't solve my productivity problems.

I spent ten years figuring it out for myself, and have spent the last eight years helping people like myself, people like you. I understand neurodivergent and foggy brains and how they handle capacity. Productivity apps and tools are all set up by and for typical people who don't struggle with guilt, shame, executive dysfunction, or exhaustion. Not a single one was set up to help people like us. I built the Action Navigator to do exactly that, and now I'm sharing it with you.

WHAT MAKES ACTION NAVIGATOR DIFFERENT

A framework built around two phases designed to help you finally start owning your time your way.

Most productivity and life coaching starts with the big vision: figure out what you want, then go do it. Action Navigator flips that, because you can't answer "what do I want to do with my life?" if you can't yet spend the next ten minutes on purpose. First you master the moment. Then you build your future on top of it.

PHASE 1

Master the Moment

Before you can build the future you want, you need to be able to show up for yourself right now in this moment, on this day, with the energy you actually have.

You'll learn how to:

  • Overcome resistance and procrastination the moment you're experiencing it so you can take action.

  • Manage your physical, cognitive, and emotional energy

  • Give yourself genuine self-care, not the performative kind

  • Create, communicate, and enforce compassionate boundaries

  • Transform your inner critic into a kind and compassionate inner voice

PHASE 2

Build Your Future

Once you can reliably show up for yourself, you'll turn your attention to the bigger picture.

You'll learn how to:

  • Design your compass, the North Star that guides your decisions and goals

  • Translate that vision into realistic, achievable action.

  • Course correct compassionately when life throws you a curveball

With Action Navigator

NO MORE

CONSTANTLY PUTTING OUT FIRES

Whatever's most urgent eats the day, and there's always something new that's urgent. The stuff that actually matters just keeps waiting.

GETTING ORGANIZED INSTEAD OF GETTING STARTED

You spend all your available energy getting organized and planning the task. By the time it’s time to get started, you’re hitting a wall.

TUNNEL VISION ON TASKS

Once you start, you don't trust yourself to stop and come back later, so you skip meals and blow past bedtime to work a task to completion until your body quits for you.

INSTEAD

IMPORTANT STUFF ACTUALLY GETS DONE

You'll dedicate time based on the energy you have that day, and trust it'll actually get done because you have the skills to make sure it does.

YOU SIMPLY START THE TASK

You'll plan for a few minutes and then begin, because you know how to make a task small enough to actually start.

STOP WHEN YOU SAY YOU WILL

You'll stop when you said you would, because you know how to wrap up in a way that makes coming back easy and leaving it unfinished feel fine.

Sarah stopped losing faith in herself

"I was losing faith in myself that I'd be able to keep promises to myself. I'd have these really great creative ideas, but the energy would fizzle out somewhere along the line... I was having the ideas and then thinking, well, because of who I am, we'll never have them.

Now my inner voice is completely transformed. I still have unproductive days, but what I don't have is hatred for myself about them."

Lisa finally started her business

“Thank you Cassie for helping me shoot for the moon, sometimes land among stars, sometimes fall to the swiss alps and start the trek all over. This life is full of both no matter what, but I finally feel like I might be able to ride on top of the waves instead of get crashed on every time.”

ONLY THOSE BEST SUITED SHALL ENTER

Action Navigator is NOT for you if

Your plate is full of things you genuinely cannot take off - survival jobs, caregiving, getting your basic needs met. That's not a productivity problem, and I won't pretend a framework can fix what systems have put on you.

You're managing severe, unaddressed mental health struggles. Action Navigator works beautifully alongside therapy - but it isn't a replacement for it, and it shouldn't be your first step.

Your body currently can't do more, no matter how well your time is planned. If you're in a severe flare, deep in post-exertional crash territory, or your condition means "more capacity" isn't on the table right now, this program would just be one more thing.

You're hoping better productivity will solve something bigger - getting approved for disability, finding work, escaping an unsafe situation. Those are real problems that deserve real support, and I don't want to take your money for a tool that can't touch them.

You can't imagine adding one single thing to your plate right now. This takes real time and practice. If that thought makes your chest tight, honor that.

*If you resonated more with the second list, you're not doing anything wrong, and you're not behind. [Link to free/low-cost resources] is where I'd start instead - and if things shift, I'll be here.

Action Navigator is for you if

You genuinely have some time and energy to spend - even just a few hours a week - but it keeps disappearing into everything except the goals that matter most to you

You're driven and capable, but the push-through-it approach that got you this far has stopped working - and pushing harder just makes things worse

Whatever's most urgent takes over everything, then something new becomes urgent, and everything else is always on fire

You've cycled through apps, planners, and Notion templates that worked for two weeks and then made you feel worse for "failing" another system

You have real control over at least part of your schedule - you can choose to say no to some things, even if it's uncomfortable

You're ready to put consistent time into learning a new way of working, and you can make room for that without breaking yourself

Access tools and systems that were actually made for you.

The Action Navigator is a one-of-a-kind program for neurodivergent and chronically ill professionals who are ready to close the gap between their ambitions and their reality, and build the life they actually want on their own terms.
